TURTLE DOVE BARS

Ingredients

2 C flour
1 C brown sugar
½ C soft butter
1 C pecans
2/3 C butter
½ C brown sugar
½ C butterscotch chips
1/2 C choc chips

Instructions

To make crust combine: 2 C flour, 1 C brown sugar, ½ C soft butter.
Press onto bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with 1 C pecans.

Combine 2/3 C butter and ½ C brown sugar in sauce pan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a full boil-4-5 minutes.
Continue to heat until temperature is 242 degrees. Pour over pecans and crust.

Bake for 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle ½ C butterscotch chips and 1/2 C
choc chips. Cut into bars when cool.
