A Turkey
Whole apples
Whole onions
Fresh rosemary
Stuffing:
Butter (for sauteing)
¼ c onion, green onions
½-3/4 C celery
½ pound sausage
14 oz stuffing
2 C stock
1 egg, slightly beaten
½ C parsley
1 T Worcestershire
salt and pepper
1 t sage
½ t thyme
Stuff turkey with whole apples and onions and rosemary. At least in the small
cavity.
We will have to have some stuffing in the big one….sorry Rick!
Stuffing: Saute in butter: ¼ c onion, green onions, ½-3/4 C celery, ½ pound
sausage
Add: 14 oz stuffing, 2 C stock, 1 egg, slightly beaten, ½ C parsley, 1 T Worcestershire,
salt and pepper, 1 t sage, and ½ t thyme.
Roast turkey as indicated (based on pounds).
