1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
4 ½ C sugar
3 6-oz pkg choc chips
1 small jar marshmallow cream
¾ C butter
1/8 t salt
1 t vanilla
Chopped nuts (if desired)
It is best to do this on a clear day. Bring to a boil, and boil for 8 minutes,
stirring constantly: evaporated milk and sugar. Remove from heat and add:
chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, butter, and salt.
After it is well mixed in, gently stir in the vanilla-should produce a sheen
as
vanilla is distributed. Add nuts if desired. Pour into a lightly buttered 9
x 13 pan.
