¾ C green onion, chopped
¾ C mayo
3 cloves of garlic
¾ t tarragon
¾ t lemon juice
Chicken breast pieces
Grated parmesan cheese
Melted butter
Phyllo sheets
Place one sheet of phyllo on counter, brush with butter.
Place second sheet on top, brush again with butter.
Place chicken breast at lower corner, spoon 2 t sauce and fold
attractively into triangle or egg roll shape.
Brush with butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
