NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST

Ingredients

4 C flour
1 T sugar
2 t salt
1 ¾ C crisco
½ C water
1 egg
1 T cider vinegar

Instructions

Combine the following in a large bowl: flour, sugar, and salt. Cut 1 ¾ C crisco into
flour mixture until it looks like small peas.

Combine: water, egg, and cider vinegar. Stir well and add to flour mixture with a fork.

Divide into small patties at least 4 to 6, depending on the size of your pie plate.
Wrap individually in plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours.

Can be frozen for later use.
