Combine in food processor:
2 oz bleu cheese (approx. 4 T)
2-4 large cloves of garlic
¼ C lemon juice
1 t salt
¼ t pepper
2-3 t Worcestershire sauce
¾ C Olive oil
Grate:
¼ C parmesan cheese
After combining the first 6 ingredients in a food processor,
pour in olive oil slowly and emulsify. Tear up hearts of romaine,
then dress the salad, and sprinkle parmesan on top.
