SAUCE/MARINADE:
¾ C melted margarine
2 Cloves minced garlic
1 ½ T mustard
1 ½ T soy
1/3 C cream sherry
3 T catsup
Barbecue salmon fillet (on foil, lightly greased) with the sauce.
You may marinade the salmon in the sauce for ½ hour prior to grilling.
