2 C crushed oreos or chocolate wafer crumbs
¼ C sugar (omit if using oreo's)
¼ C butter, melted
½ gallon mint choc chip ice cream
1 jar hot fudge topping
2 C whipped topping
In a small bowl, mix crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into a spring form pan.
Spoon 1/2 the ice cream over crust. Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
Spread fudge topping over ice cream. Layer additional ice cream and freeze.
Spread whipped topping, sprinkly with chocolate wafer crumbs, shaved chocolate.
Cover and freeze for several hours or overnite.
Remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.
