1 C butter ( ½ margarine is OK)
1/3 C sour cream
2 C flour
Frosting:
¼ C butter
1 C powdered sugar
a little milk
* can add mint flavoring and food color if desired.
Blend together and refrigerate for one hour.
Roll on floured and sugared board and cut with small cookie cutter (1-1 ½
inch).
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 7-9 minutes.
When cool, put together with frosting.
